Email is perhaps the most important Internet technology we use, it can also be the most complicated. Some of these terms may already be familiar to you, but we have added some information to help you out.

Email Setup
We have perhaps the most detailed instructions on how to setup emails accounts on a variety of email clients, than anyone else in the industry. All POP3 accounts can also run as IMAP accounts, which is great for users of hand held mobile devices.

Log into Webmail
Webmail is the term used to describe the method of checking your email through a web browser. We have Webmail and when you log into it, you are seeing emails that are currently on the server. When you check your email with a mail client like Outlook, the mail client pulls the email off of the server and puts on to your computers hard drive.

Log into Mobilemail
Mobilemail is the term used to describe the method of checking your email through a mobile device such as a cell phone. We have Mobilemail and when you log into it, you are seeing emails that are currently on the server. When you check your email with a mail client like Outlook, the mail client pulls the email off of the server and puts on to your computers hard drive.

Log into Administration Panel
We provide select clients with the ability to manage all of their email accounts from an administrative interface. This service is provided by request. It allows you to add, modify, or delete email accounts, add, modify, or delete filtering settings, and much more. We give you all of the same control functions as we have to make changes when you want and as often as you like through a web browser.
