Rackspace
Email & Apps
Orlando Web Services has chosen
Rackspace Email & Apps to be its
exclusive email data center and email service provider. Our
email servers are located in data centers in Dallas, TX and
Herndon, Virginia.
Your
business data is your business. So to ensure the
integrity of your email, we save three copies of your data
in three geographically dispersed data centers. This
triple-redundancy system is designed to give you peace of
mind that your data will be stored securely.
And if one of your users ever accidentally deletes an
email, an entire folder, or even a mailbox, it's easy to
restore that data. The system administrator will just need
to log in to the control panel and request a data
restoration. Backups are retained for 14 days; so as long as
the data was deleted within the past 13 days, a complete
restoration can be performed.

Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon
S3)
For high demand storage accounts we use
Amazon S3. Amazon S3 is storage for the Internet. It is
designed to make web-scale computing easier for developers.
Amazon S3 provides a simple web services interface that can
be used to store and retrieve any amount of data, at any
time, from anywhere on the web. It gives any developer
access to the same highly scalable, reliable, fast,
inexpensive data storage infrastructure that Amazon uses to
run its own global network of web sites. The service aims to
maximize benefits of scale and to pass those benefits on to
developers.

Heroku for Ruby on Rails Applications
Heroku is a multi-tenant platform and hosting
environment. Your app doesn't need its own servers, slices,
or clusters, and you'll benefit from continuous platform
improvements. Because we control all the infrastructure and
software layers, we can present a clean interface for
deploying your code. We actively curate each layer, ensuring
you have the latest in software and best practices, and that
it's all stable and integrated smoothly. Together, these
elements provide everything you need to run a modern,
high-performance, scalable web app.
